Enroll

Students at all stages of their academic careers are welcome to enroll at Forest Charter School. We provide TK-8 and high school programs in compliance with California State Standards. At all levels, students will work closely with credentialed teachers at one of our learning centers. Students and parents may choose from home schooling, block classes, or hybrid learning models in which students will attend classes on campus 2-3 days per week, depending on their grade level. 

Forest Charter School accepts and serves all students, including students who are English learners and whose parents/guardians are not proficient in English. Further, FCS will use information families provide about their English proficiency only to identify services for the student;  this information will not affect enrollment eligibility. FCS welcomes non-U.S. citizens, students with disabilities, low-income students, and students who are struggling academically or require additional academic support. FCS uses a public random drawing (“lottery”) for enrolling students and only turns away students when there are no seats available. 

In compliance with California Education Code, here is a link to a charter school complaint form. You are encouraged to use this form if you feel FCS is in violation of the enrollment requirements articulated in California Education Code (EC) Section 47605(d)(4).
